1. Course Purchases

  • All purchases made on our website for online recorded courses are considered final once payment is successfully processed.

  • As the courses are delivered in a digital recorded format and can be accessed immediately upon purchase, we do not offer cancellations or refunds except in specific situations described below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, we will refund the extra payment after verification.

  • Payment Gateway Error – If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, and the payment gateway confirms non-receipt, we will initiate a refund.

  • Access Issues from Our Side – If you are unable to access the purchased course due to a technical problem from our end and we are unable to resolve it within 7 working days, a full refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after purchase

  • You fail to complete the course within the access period

  • Your internet/device is incompatible or causes playback issues

  • You share your account with others and it is misused

  • The course content does not meet personal expectations (please read descriptions carefully before purchase)

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • We will verify your claim and, if approved, initiate the refund within 7–10 business days.
